We share information only as described below:

Service providers. Business transfers. If SkyHealth is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties of any such transfer.

We do not share Client analytics data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Specifically:

Client account data — retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 7 years after termination for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. Analytics data retrieved from third-party platforms — retained only as long as needed to generate the reports the Client has requested. Live data is re-fetched on demand and is not persistently stored beyond what is needed for reporting continuity.
