SkyHealth Analytics
SkyHealth Analytics is a multi-client marketing analytics application built and operated by SkyHealth Media, LLC. It is offered as part of our managed-marketing services to healthcare practices, physicians, and clinical groups across the United States.
What It Does
SkyHealth Analytics consolidates the marketing performance data of each client practice into a single set of reports. For every authorized client, the application can:
- Pull website analytics from the practice's Google Analytics 4 property
- Pull social media performance (followers, posts, engagement, reach) from the practice's authorized Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
- Combine the data into monthly performance reports, weekly updates, and cross-channel comparisons
- Surface insights and growth opportunities specific to that practice
Each healthcare practice that engages SkyHealth Media authorizes its own accounts. SkyHealth Analytics never accesses any third-party account that has not been explicitly connected by its rightful owner.
Who It's For
SkyHealth Analytics is not an internal tool for SkyHealth Media. It is the platform we use to deliver reporting to our external clients. Current and recent client practices include:

- VIPeds Pediatric Hospital Medicine (vipeds.org)
- Dr Hector Rodriguez (hrodriguezmd.com)
- SkyHealth Media (using the same platform internally for its own marketing reporting)
The application is designed to serve any healthcare practice that engages SkyHealth Media for marketing services. Each new client engagement adds a new authorized account configuration to the platform.
TikTok Integration
SkyHealth Analytics integrates with the TikTok Display API and Business APIs to retrieve, on behalf of each authorized client:
- The client's own public TikTok account information
- Video metadata (titles, posting dates, cover images, public share URLs)
- Performance metrics for the client's own videos (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Follower counts and account-level statistics
Authorization model. Each client connects their own TikTok business account through TikTok's standard OAuth flow. The client retains full control: they may revoke SkyHealth Analytics' access at any time through their TikTok account settings. SkyHealth Analytics does not access any TikTok data outside of the accounts that have been explicitly authorized by their owners.
Use of TikTok data. TikTok data retrieved through the application is used solely to generate the reports requested by the authorizing client. TikTok data is not sold, shared with third parties (other than the client themselves), or used to train any model.
Privacy and Terms
Both documents apply to SkyHealth Analytics and are kept up to date as the application evolves.
